Thursday, Feb. 26, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded the highly anticipated New LBJ (I-635) project. The award is a key step toward creating an innovative public private partnership (PPP) between the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the LBJ Infrastructure Group (formerly LBJ Development Partners).
